SureSeal™ microcentrifuge tubes are designed for use in temperatures ranging from -90°C to +121°C. The oversized tube cap, combined with the unique ring & groove closure, enhances the security of the liquid-tight seal while minimizing the required locking forces for a more ergonomic opening/closing of the tube caps. Five-O™ Macro Tubes™ take standard 15mL conical tubes and scales them down for space and resource preservation. They can be used in temperatures from -86°C to 110°C for boiling or sample preservation at very low temperatures. Each pack comes with foam racks and is sterile. The Macro Tubes™ with snap caps provide a tight, leak-proof seal, and can be opened with one hand. The cap is designed to provide a secure seal from -86°C to +80°C. These light-blocking microcentrifuge tubes have the same diameter as standard 15mL tubes for compatibility with centrifuge rotors, and their compact size reduces waste, storage space, and shipping costs.
