These tubes have been tested to be RNase, DNase, protease, and nucleic acid-free. The Triple-Pure High Impact tubes have been acid washed; heat treated and tested free of nuclease. For quick testing, the 2 and 5 ml unskirted tubes are available prefilled or empty depending on the samples prepared for homogenization.
