SKS Science offers Accuris™ high fidelity PCR options for applications that require highly accurate amplification. The updated proofreading enzymes have better sensitivity and higher activity, ensuring more reproducible performance with a wide range of targets.

Accuris High Fidelity DNA Polymerase Kit
This 2-tube formulation leaves a blunt end for blunt end vector cloning. Select High Fidelity DNA polymerase kits for applications that require highly accurate amplification and full control of enzyme concentration. The polymerase enzyme is genetically modified for better solubility and higher activity across a broad range of ionic conditions. It amplifies a wide range of targets, including GC or AT rich and crude DNA samples. With an error rate of 4.55 x 10.7 and 3′-5′ proofreading exonuclease activity, the Accuris High Fidelity Polymerase is an optimal choice for cloning applications. Included is a 5x buffer containing an optimized concentration of dNTPs and enhancers for compatibility with a variety of amplicons up to 10kb in length.

Accuris High Fidelity Master Mix Kit
For shorter, less complex targets, the Accuris High Fidelity Master Mix features a 2x formulation, which provides extreme sensitivity in low copy number assays with 100x the fidelity of native Taq. For easy PCR reaction assembly and performance, this option includes a 2x master mix with proprietary enhancers and a proofreading component. The pre-optimized Master Mix is supplied in a single tube, reducing the number of pipetting steps while improving throughput and reproducibility. The highly efficient buffer formulation provides the ideal conditions for high-performance PCR.

Accuris High Fidelity Hot Start Mix has a hot start 2x formulation to provide excellent sensitivity in low-copy number assays with 10x higher fidelity than Taq polymerase. The 2x master mix contains proprietary enhancers and an antibody mediated hot-start polymerase with a proofreading component for PCR reaction assembly and performance. For optimal use, the Hot Start Master Mix is supplied in a single tube with a high efficient buffer formulation and hot start blend for providing high performance PCR and inactivity at room temperature, eliminating non-specific amplification.
