The SmartWasher ™ 96 fully automated washer accepts full plates, partial plates, and strips with U, V, C, or flat bottoms. The multiple aspiration point settings provide minimal residual liquid in the wells after applications. All parameters, including dispense volume, suction time, soak and shake cycles, and shaking speed, are easily programmed using the large 4.3” LCD display and keypad. Store up to 100 wash protocols on board the SmartWasher ™ 96 to recall as desired or transfer between machines using a flash drive.

The SmartWasher ™ 96 includes 2 wash bottles, 1 rinse bottle, and a waste bottle. It features built-in sensors that alert users when solutions are low and when the waste bottles need to be emptied. The auto rinse function primes the dispensing tubes and wash heads to prevent cross-contamination and clogs.

Available separately are 8 and 12 channel manifold to accommodate different plate orientations. The transparent acrylic shield surrounds the wash area for visualization of the plate. The beveled spill well ensures liquids are extracted immediately to prevent cross-contamination and allow for quick clean up if a spill or leak occurs. Add to Cart
