Offered here are LVI Vials with 12 x 32 mm large-opening glass high recovery lab vials with sealed-in, limited-volume inserts. The manufacturing process precisely controls the depth and position of the insert relative to the bottom of the amber or clear glass lab vials. This construction allows more consistent sample recovery from vial to vial and reduces the possibility of autosampler needle damage. The inserts include a slight flare at the top, providing a larger needle target area, also preventing needle damage. These amber or clear glass lab vials have 300 uL capacities with a residual volume of 4 uL, depending on the solvent, needle style, and depth adjustment of the autosampler. All of the amber or clear glass lab vials are supplied with a white ceramic write-on patch for sample identification. They are compatible with all autosamplers that use 12 x 32 mm vials, available with either an 11 mm crimp top, which can be used with all standard 11 mm aluminum E-Z seals, or with a 9 mm ABC screw thread finish, which can be used only with the 9 mm ABC screw caps.
