Plastic:
These 96-well white cell culture plates are manufactured from pure PTFE plastic and are available with either round or square distortion-free cavities. Both models feature 96 wells measuring 6.4mm in diameter, and 10.67 mm in depth. Totally inert and may be sterilized by all usual means. The non-stick property of PTFE plastic eliminates adherence of cells to the cavity walls and facilitates sample harvesting.
