Calibra digital macropipettes are autoclavable without disassembly or recalibration, color-coded to ensure proper tip selection, and are lighter in weight and ergonomically designed with a separate glove-friendly tip ejector. Setting wheel locks eliminate accidental volume alteration, and two incorporated cylindrical cams are fitted with pre-calibrated steps for both digital entry and digital display. Calibra macropipettes can also be calibrated easily in the lab. Dispensing is accomplished by a simple plunger stroke with a separate overshoot movement. The plunger assembly features a stainless steel and PVDF construction for a high degree of chemical resistivity. These unique macropipettes are also ideal for gel sequencing and other biotechnology uses. Each macropipette features a three-year warranty including two years on the original calibration.
