| MACH300 | 178 mm | 375 mm | 83 mm |
Features:
- Seal Length: 305 mm (12")
- Seal Thickness: 6 mm (.236")
- Seal Width: 2 mm (.079")
- Power Consumption: 380 watts
- Voltage: AC 120V, 60 Hz
- Weight: 11 lbs
- Plugs into standard 110 volt socket (USA) - no special wiring needed
- Manufacturer tested and comes with warranty
- Energy-efficient -- only uses power when sealing
- Heating element only hot when sealing
- Makes airtight/watertight seal on virtually any heatsealable material in seconds
- Works on most plastics up to 6 mm thick
- Comes fully assembled
- 8 timer settings allow adjustments based on thickness of material
- UL and CE approved
Instructions for Use:
- Plug cord (14) into AC outlet. Machine will operate only when arm (2) is depressed. Regulate the timer (17) according to thickness of material to be sealed. Use a higher number for thicker material (settings 1- 8). Pull handle (1) down. Sealing takes place when light is on. Leave down for an additional second after light goes off for a better seal
- Set timer (17) to a lower number if seal burns through
- Raise timer to a higher number if material isn't fully sealed
- If bag sticks to silicon rubber (5), give more cooling time
- Once you set the timer (17), machine will remain constant
- Machine will not operate unit until handle (1) is lowered
- Close supervision is required when the product is used near children
Notes:
- Always keep sealing platform clean. Leaving residue will reduce life of element, Teflon (11, 12) and silicon rubber (5).
- Never use moisture to clean sealing surface
- Replace torn Teflon (11, 12) at once. A torn cloth will damage the element. Every time you replace the element, replace the lower (11) and upper (12) Teflon cloth
- For best operation, use only genuine replacement parts
- Change the silicon (5) when worn or burned
- Unplug wire (14) when servicing the machine
- To protect against risk of electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlet only

Connection Diagram:
Impulse sealers can be used in the laboratory for securely sealing specimen bags and to insure a water and airtight seal for autoclaving and sterilization procedures. These heatsealers provide an exceptional 2 mm wide air and watertight seal on most plastic materials up to 6 mm in thickness, including polyethyelene, polypropylene, polyurethane and more. Seal length is 305 mm (12"). An adjustable timer knob allows you to set the timing of the heating element according to the type of plastic you are sealing. All sealers are pretested and provide a warranty that guarantees dependability and durability. The impulse sealers are highly energy-efficient; the heating element only heats up and uses power when sealing. Comes fully assembled. UL and CE listed.
