Cryules sterile free-standing cryogenic vials are designed for simple identification of cell cultures and effortless handling. With plastic Cryules, both the closures and tubes are manufactured of medical-grade polypropylene with the same coefficient of expansion, which further enhances the leakproof qualities of these vials at changing temperatures. All Cryules are designed to withstand temperatures between 196°C and 121°C and are autoclavable. These Cryule vials are internally threaded. The freestanding polypropylene vials and caps feature a streamlined design. Our silicone ring sealing system allows for secure sealing. The caps accept color inserts for lot coding; side marking allows additional product identification.
WARNING: Do not use cryogenic containers for storage directly into the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen; use in gas phase only. Always use appropriate safety equipment to protect personnel when removing Cryules from storage in cryogenic gases.
