The SmartDoc™ 2.0 provides a high level of scientific imaging for concise DNA viewing and cutting, combined with the ease of capturing high-quality digital images with a range of compatible smart phones. The SmartDoc™ 2.0 uses blue lights for imaging instead of UV, which will not cause any damage to the DNA samples, and is safer to use. The SmartDoc™ 2.0 has a peak output of 460nm and is ideal for common safe stains (SmartGlow™, SYBR Green, GelGreen™, etc.). With the complete system, you will have full DNA viewing, cutting, excitation of nucleic acids stained with green fluorescent dyes, and access to full dimensional 15 x 15 cm images.
