The polypropylene PCR Tube Strips are a more convenient tube strip as it incorporated individually attached caps. Now there is no need to carry two different components in your inventory. Each of the PCR tube strips includes eight 0.2 ml tubes with ultrathin sidewalls and bottoms. The ultrathin walls and bottoms are great for more even and efficient temperature transfer. These tube strips are available with two different cap options; domed or flat (needle pierceable). These caps can be easily opened or closed with just one hand, but still fully protects the contents from evaporation during the thermal cycle with their positive sealing. The caps integral seal also prevents contamination from the surface of the lid. The tube strips precisely fit standard well spacing and can be used with 8-channel hand-held pipettors.
